Born in Adapazarı in 1964, where his father was a teacher, who is from Elazığ. Graduated from elementary school in Gölcük. After she finished high school education, she entered University of Ankara, Faculty of Law in 1982. She was graduated in 1988. Having completed her internship in 1989, she received Lawyer’s License.

Attorney Yüksel ÖZBEY

Born in Elazığ-Baskil in 1966. He received elementary, secondary and high school education in Izmit. He graduated from University of Ankara, Faculty of Law in 1992.
He went to London in 1992 and after having 3 years of English training he was awarded Awith a University of Cambridge Proficiency Certificate. On his return to Turkey, he worked at Public Entity as Institutional Lawyer for 5,5 years. Today he is registered at Kocaeli bar with 1135 registration number. He works at Özbey Law Office as an attorney.
Law Attorney Yüksel ÖZBEY is married with two children.
